Lucas Gobea

Lucas is a Commercial Insurance Advisor who works with individuals, families, and business owners across Florida to identify the right coverage and guide each client from initial consultation through placement. Alongside his advisory work, Lucas manages the firm’s Addepar portfolio platform, overseeing client reviews, proposals, audits, and data integrity to ensure a seamless experience for every client.

Lucas began his career with a people-first approach to insurance and client service. He brings that same mindset to every engagement, operating at the intersection of coverage advisory and operational precision in support of the firm’s commitment to end-to-end client care. He is a graduate of Florida State University and a Tampa native.

Outside of work, Lucas remains deeply connected to the Tampa community he grew up in. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active locally.
